Sutton Hoo and Taplow Lyres
This is the Lyre for me than started my interest, growing up living in London with many visits to the British Museum.Made of scottish Sycamore in this example, with gold plated bronze mounts, and hand made soundboard tacks, boxwood pegs and bridge.
The strings are natural Gut (I can also fit Aquilla Nylgut strings)
