Like my Sutton Hoo kit the Trossingen Lyre is made from one piece of maple for the body with all the routing done for you, supplied with wooden pegs, strings and fittings, If you pre-order this kit before June 2012 you can save 30% on the kit price and get the kit as soon as its available.
note: I will make some videos of the construction sequence as I make several replicas in March 2012!!

You just need to plane the soundboard and glue it on (hide glue provided)
Then decorate it following the original or create your own decoration
or
just varnish it.
